Our story

Larry Loves Diamond Exchange has been servicing the Columbus area for over thirty years. People in the Columbus area have been trusting in Larry Love for over 60 years for their jewelry needs. Larry Love started working in the jewelry and pawn business when he was only thirteen years old. He would come home from school and take the bus downtown to work with his father (the late Sam Love) at Jack’s On- Board Street. In the seventies Larry opened Herbs Jewelers on Victory Drive, and in the eighties opened a second location on Manchester expressway. He owned and operated Herbs Jewelers until the early nineties which at that point he sold out, thinking of retirement and enjoying life. He soon realized that what he really enjoyed in life was helping others with their jewelry needs and making sure that they got the most for their money when making a jewelry purchase. Larry knew the only thing that would make him truly happy was to open another store in the Columbus area to continue servicing his friends, family and old and new customers. In 1993 Larry opened Larry Loves Diamond Exchange on Victory Drive in Columbus to continue taking care of the customers that have always depended on him for their jewelry wants, needs and desires.
